Training
Our training courses are Datadock and Qualiopi certified and
are delivered by our Head Office team, as well as by our bilingual
regional trainers. The hours completed are validated according
to the ALUR law.
To help you develop your skills and generate more income, we
offer ongoing training and an online learning platform which is
accessible 24/7 (including our post-induction course). Our training modules
include topics such as sales techniques, business
development, legal security, and refundable language courses.
As a pioneer in property virtual tours, we also provide training
on this and other visual solutions.
Mandates
Whether you or your clients have a question or request regarding a mandate, our bilingual
team respond to enquiries 6
days a week, through our instant and direct messaging system.
Our team also checks all mandates to provide peace of mind
and offers the option of electronic signatures for all mandates,
to make the process easier for everyone.
Contracts
Available from Monday to Friday, our bilingual team responds
to all your requests.
They draw up electronic or paper sales agreements in-house
based on the client's requirements, and offer a 'fast-track' service for
all complete files (1 h 30 on average). They follow up all
sales, from the "LIA" (letter of intent to purchase) to the signing
of the deed, acting as an intermediary between the agent and
the Notaires. Finally, the contract team offers a French to English translation
service for all sales agreements.
Recruitment
We encourage and reward our agents for their participation
in the growth of the business by supporting recruitment within the local teams.
Those who wish to progress within the company have the full
support of Head Office, to recruit and build their own teams
where capacity allows it.
We ensure that new agents are recruited in areas where they
have the best chance of success, and we encourage all of our
agents to work together.
Thanks to the diverse skill sets within the teams, our agents
can often complement each other's linguistic and professional expertise
thus increasing business opportunities and
sales based on teamwork!
Field support
Area Coordinators, Coaches and your team are there to support you
daily. There are also frequent team meetings allowing
each agent an opportunity to share advice and knowledge with
their colleagues.
All enquiries about your property listings are directed to you,
and cross-selling between agents is possible. The teams define
each other's areas to avoid saturation - optimising your individual performance is key.
Finally, being absent (planned or unplanned) will no longer be a
source of worry, your colleagues will take over - a guaranteed
work-life balance!
SST (Sales Support Team)
Our Head Office team is made up of multilingual employees who
will be the first point of contact for phone and email enquiries.
Our phone service is open 6 days a week, from 9 AM to 8 PM.
A dedicated contact is appointed for each team and facilitates
your day-to-day work by qualifying prospects, scheduling visits
on your behalf, or coordinating visit itineraries.
Our team also assist in finding clients, offering a tailor-made
service for high-end clients and a presence in our agencies.
Sales
We support you with your sales methods and provide you with
our best technical, specific and commercial advice. We can
also help you with any questions related to partnerships, 'apporteurs d'affaires'
(business finder) and VEFA.
Giving you all the tools to succeed is essential, which is why
we hold regular meetings with your Area Coordinators and
Coaches to share key messages from Head Office, but also receive
feedback from our agents in the field.
Finally, we have introduced monthly competitions and awards to
encourage you and measure your progress in a more interactive
way.
