Budgets are between 200-350,000 euros but we simply
do not have the stock to meet demand. Recently we
have also seen a jump in demand from city dwellers,
with higher budgets, looking for charming stone country
houses. Again, location is key and everybody wants fast
internet access. For investors I would recommend the
Drôme valley between Valence and Mirabel-et-Blacons,
or perhaps the Drôme Provençale Est."

"There has been an explosion in demand since the
pandemic, with buyers looking for country property
that they can visit safely with family and friends. High on
the shopping list are those character properties in good
condition with some land, a good view and close to a
village or town with amenities. Interestingly demand for
the traditional stone Mas has lessened as they often need
a lot of work in terms of opening them up to let light in.
Buyers are looking for light, airy properties with hardly any
